A home purchase is one of the most significant financial decisions one can make, so most sellers and buyers turn to a real estate professional for assistance. Each hopes they have chosen a realtor with the extensive knowledge, savvy and interpersonal skills for a fortunate transaction. Based on published reviews, Susan Massengill excels in every aspect. One client writes:
"Above and beyond—in all positive respects is how I would rate Susan as a real estate professional. All the details that make selling a home so difficult are addressed and eliminated by Susan. Preparation, staging, photography, managing the process, pricing, negotiation, and seeing the sale through to closing and completion. Nothing but the highest praise. I hired Susan to sell two houses. Both sold in record time for very satisfying prices and both transactions went off smoothly in all respects. A real professional and a pleasure to work with.
A licensed realtor since 2013, Susan holds a BS in Communications and Public Relations from Miami University of Ohio. Prior positions in public relations and as owner/founder of Paperwhite, a Morristown custom stationery retailer, afforded opportunities for mastering marketing, sales, social media, graphic design and communications. Susan is an interior design enthusiast who loves to decorate and stage homes. She particularly enjoys bringing her skills to clients who are downsizing. She states,"I am very hands on, helping them in any and every way, from cleaning out and staging the home to arranging estate sales."
A Morris County resident since 1987, Susan and her family have lived in Morristown and currently reside in Harding Township. Susan and her husband have two grown daughters who attended both public and private schools in the area. She has held volunteer leadership positions at numerous area schools, clubs and non-profits including Morristown Festival of Books, New Vernon Garden Club and St. Peter's Church. Susan plays competitive platform tennis as a member of the Morristown Field Club. She is a member of two long-running Book Clubs and is a founder of a Gourmet Club now in its 20th year. When it comes time to unwind, Susan heads to a cottage on Cape Cod that she and her husband recently renovated.
