A home purchase is one of the most significant financial decisions one can make, so most sellers and buyers turn to a real estate professional for assistance. Each hopes they have chosen a realtor with the local knowledge, business savvy and interpersonal skills needed in today’s competitive market. Based on published reviews, Susan Massengill excels in every aspect. One client writes:
'Above and beyond—in all positive respects is how I would rate Susan as a real estate professional. All the details that make selling a home so difficult are addressed and eliminated by Susan. Preparation, staging, photography, managing the process, pricing, negotiation, and seeing the sale through to closing and completion. Nothing but the highest praise. I hired Susan to sell two houses. Both sold in record time for very satisfying prices and both transactions went off smoothly in all respects. A real professional and a pleasure to work with.”
A licensed realtor since 2013, Susan holds a BS in Communications and Public Relations from Miami University of Ohio. Prior positions in public relations and as owner/founder of Paperwhite, a Morristown custom stationery retailer, afforded opportunities for mastering marketing, sales, social media, graphic design and communications. Susan is an interior design enthusiast who loves to decorate and stage homes. She particularly enjoys bringing her skills to clients who are downsizing. She states, 'I am very hands on, helping them in any and every way, from cleaning out and staging the home to arranging estate sales.'
